Scott Forth-Owner

Coming from two of the biggest automotive repair shops in Rochester, I decided to start my own business located in Webster in 2006. Gradually over the last 17 years, we have increased in size, and reputation, for cars being repaired right the first time. My wife Heidi, who has also been in the industry for over 25 years, was a lot of help and support right from the start. 

Since then, my daughter Caylee has been instrumental in growing our business from age 15 to now, where she runs the shop completely. Her goal is customer satisfaction with every customer/repair, and in 2018 she passed the Auto Damage & Theft Appraisals exam, to be able to write estimates for all insurance companies and for our business. As of January 2022, she is now part owner of this shop along side of me. She is married to our shop manager, August, who has learned each and every position from detail, body, all the way up to paint. He is the controlling factor in the overall quality of every repair. 

My family is a huge part of running this shop from start to finish, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
